How a change is handled
The refresh script reads the ISO record and the free preview. If a fact differs from the data file, it writes a diff and fails. A person then reads the diff, updates the record if the change is real, rebuilds the pages, re-runs the gates and deploys. The watch email carries the same diff. Nothing changes silently.
