The free record
The clause pages, the stage record, the check and the specimen are free to read and to cite with a link. They are our reading of the public record. They are not the standard, not an official interpretation and not legal advice. Do not present them as the text of ISO/IEC/IEEE DIS 26517.
The kit
The kit is licensed to the organisation that buys it, for its own internal use. Put it in the team drive if you like. Do not resell it, publish it or use it as the basis of a competing product. The price is USD 149, one payment. If the kit is not what the page describes, email support within 14 days and the payment is refunded.
The watch
The watch is USD 19 a month, billed by Stripe, and can be cancelled at any time. It sends an email when the record changes. It does not include the standard, does not guarantee that every change is detected on the day it happens, and is not a legal monitoring service. If a month has no change, there is no email.
No certification
Nothing here certifies an organisation, replaces an audit or creates a legal obligation. A team that follows the record is not thereby conformant to the standard. The published text is the authority, and a qualified adviser should be consulted for a legal or certification decision.
Liability
The record is provided as it is, with the sources and the dates stated. To the extent the law allows, The Art of Service is not liable for a decision taken on the basis of the free record. The paid kit and watch are covered by the refund above and by the law that applies to the purchase.
Who you are contracting with
The seller is The Art of Service Pty Ltd, Queensland, Australia. A registered office address is available on request from support. The governing law is the law of Queensland, Australia. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
