Where does your mobile user assistance stand?

A planning reading from the public structure of the draft. It names the three headings to read first, the evidence to start collecting and a dated plan. It is not an audit and it does not certify.

Six answers, read against the draft in your browser. Your answers are not sent, stored or logged.

1. How many mobile applications does the team support?
2. What user assistance ships today?
3. Who owns the help content?
4. How is the help tested?
5. How is accessibility handled in the help?
6. What happens to the help in other languages?

Not legal advice; does not certify. This is a planning reading, not a compliance result or an audit. It uses the public structure of the draft, not unpublished requirement text.

What the reading means

The six answers cover the things the public contents says a team has to manage: the planning, the form of the help, the owner, the testing, accessibility and translation. The score is a reading of those answers, not a compliance result.

The bands

PointsReadingWhat it means
0 to 4Not startedThe help is not yet a managed part of the product. Start with the plan in clause 4.
5 to 9Ad hocHelp exists, but it depends on individuals and is not tested. Fix the owner and the evidence first.
10 to 13StructuredThe basics are in place. The gaps are now in testing, accessibility and translation.
14 to 17Ready for the draftThe team can read the published text against a real practice and find the delta quickly.

What it cannot see

It cannot see the quality of your content, the accessibility of a particular screen, or the requirement wording that is not public. It cannot tell you that you conform to 26517. Treat it as a way to choose the next three pieces of work, not as a verdict on the last three years.

What happens to your answers

Nothing leaves the page. The script reads /seed/scope.json and computes the result in your browser. No answer is sent to a server, stored in a cookie or added to a mailing list.

If the reading is low

Start with clause 4. The planning page asks for the audiences, the business use case and the mobile context, and none of them needs the final wording to start. If the reading is in the middle, clause 6 and clause 8 are usually the next two: choose the form of the help, then test it on a real device. If the reading is high, the useful work is the evidence pack and the accessibility clause, because those are the places a reviewer will look first.

If you want the register

The kit carries the same structure as a working register: one row for each of the 80 headings and defined terms, with a preparation note, an evidence slot, an owner, a status and a due date, plus a dated plan and a board brief. It is USD 149, one payment, and the specimen is free.
